NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Waihi Inline Hockey Club Inc. will be held to conduct the following business:

- Minutes of the previous AGM
- Chairperson’s Report
- Financial Report (Performance Report)
- Election of Committee for the 2026 Season

Special Business
Motion 1: That the Waihi Inline Hockey Club Inc. approves the reregistration of the club under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.
Motion 2: That the Club approves and adopts the new Constitution as presented, to replace the existing Club Rules, effective from the date of registration.
Important Note to Members: The new document includes updated references and addition of dispute resolution provision required by the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.

In accordance with the Club Constitution, all members are invited to attend and help shape the future of the club. Nominations for committee positions or any remits for discussion should be submitted to the Club Secretary at secretary.waihiminers@gmail.com
