New members needed for 2010!

Following another successful year, the Waihi Miners Inline Hockey Club is looking for new members to join their club and have a go at the sport for the 2010 season.

ALL AGES ARE WELCOME

The club would like to encourage junior members to join as these are the players who become the foundation for the clubs continued growth. Children can start as young as 4 years old and can aspire to represent New Zealand from as young as 13 years old.

We welcome new members interested in joining junior and senior womens teams. Anyone interested in joining the senior social team are also welcome. This is a fun and relaxed way to learn the sport with more mature folk.

The club is also interested in attracting players who would like to train to become a goal keeper. This is an awesome experience for anyone who appreciates the thrill and dynamics of a back stop and last line of defense type of role.

CAN'T SKATE?

Don't worry, our coaches will have you up and rolling in no time. Protective gear is available for use for the season so you can get started straight away.
